All Mini Characters and accessories sold are small collectible items intended for builders ages 5 and up. These items are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards.

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the use of the product after delivery. B4K Chicago LLC and/or BrixLab are not responsible for any accident, injury, suffocation, ingestion, or other incidents related to the use, handling, or storage of these products.

Goodie bags and packaging may contain small parts or materials that can pose a suffocation risk. The buyer is responsible for ensuring safe use and supervision at all times.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the product arrives incomplete.
